River of Light trail will return in 2022 taking place across Liverpool Waterfront from 21 October – 6 November. River of Light is an outdoor illuminated gallery on Liverpool Waterfront lit daily from 5PM until 9PM. Ten artworks across a 2KM loop, featuring light and sound from local, national and internatonal artists.
