The venue operates a no smoking policy. It is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Leeds Arena and anyone smoking will be asked to leave with no re-entry. The unauthorised use of photographic equipment is prohibited / tapes or films may be destroyed.

Can you take food into Leeds First Direct Arena?
You can’t take your own food and drink into the Arena, but you can buy drinks, hot food and snacks inside, with kiosks available around the arena. There’s also the the fd Bar, to the left of the main entrance, open from 5.30pm most show nights.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is permitted in a designated area outside the Third Base Gate. Tobacco use is prohibited in the seating bowl, concourses, Plaza, restrooms and in all premium seating areas.
How early should I get to a gig?
Generally speaking, the golden rule is to get there an hour before the first act is due to come on stage. Leaving it any later may mean missing the support, or worse, being late to see the main act. You never know. Treat the concert like an experience and get there early and you can’t go wrong.
How long before a gig should you arrive?
As a rule of thumb, arriving 2 hours before the show starts is ideal. If you have reserved seats, showing up 15 minutes before the opening act is sufficient. Of course, we understand if certain situations prevent you from being there bright and early. We’ll go over some variables and exceptions to the 2-hour rule.
How early do musicians arrive at venue?
If you’re playing at the concert I’d expect to be at the venue to get ready at least 2 hours before the gig starts, more if it’s a big concert and you need to soundcheck. It depends on the show and the venue. An hour is a good rule of thumb, but you might want to increase that now and then.
Are the showers at Leeds Festival free?
Yes and yes! There are free showers on site, so you don’t have to wet wipe yourself for the whole weekend if you don’t have to.
How much is a pint in First Direct Arena?
No messing about a very good arena plenty of bars bathrooms there is a smoking area on level 2 . Pints of lager £6.00 , we paid it no drama we had expected it . Love coming here for events. Very thorough friendly security and easy to find our seats.
Do you need an ID to get into Leeds Festival?
All guests must go to the Guest Check-in in person to collect their wristband/pass. Please remember to bring valid PHOTO ID – it is compulsory for your entry into the event. A copy or photo is acceptable. Important note: Weekend Guests will then need to drive to the Guest campsite / Car park.

How strict is Leeds Fest security?
Security. We take the security and safety of our festival goers very seriously – it is a real priority. than A4 into the arena. Please be patient while we carry out our security checks and searches, which take place at the campsite gates, the arena entrance and may also happen at any time at any location onsite.
Is water free at Leeds Festival?
There are several bars in the Arena. Only food for personal consumption may be brought into the Arena. We only allow sealed soft drinks under 500ml, as well as empty reusable water bottles of any size into the Arena. Please refill your empty bottles at the water points inside the Arena for free.
Is there sniffer dogs at Leeds Fest?
