Can you camp anywhere at Leeds Festival?
Camping Plus is a fantastic camping option for Leeds Festival. It’s a private campsite area with 24 hour reception and security, proper toilets, warm showers, a pamper area, and access to phone charging. Camping Plus is available for a limited amount of campers.
Can you camp for one night at Leeds Festival?
Only one camping vehicle will be admitted to the Campervan Site within the Leeds Festival site per Campervan/caravan ticket.
Can 16 year olds camp at Leeds Fest?
Leeds Festival welcomes all ages. unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site. children 12 and under in case they get lost or separated from their guardian, will be available from the wristband exchanges & welfare points. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.
When can you start camping at Leeds?
If you don’t have an Early Entry Pass, Camping Plus will be open to you from 8am on Thursday 25th August 2022.
Can you sleep in your car at Leeds?
The designated campervan/caravan area of the site is the only place where ticket holders can sleep in vehicles. We do not permit sleeping in cars and security will ask you to leave the car park.
Is there sniffer dogs at Leeds?
We work very closely with West Yorkshire Police and members of the security services to ensure our security procedures are up to date and we are following best practice. We put a lot of time and effort on briefing and training and run emergency exercises. We also have a team of sniffer dogs working around the clock.
Can you take alcohol into Leeds Fest camping?
Alcohol for personal consumption 18+ (only before 6pm on Sunday evening). Alcohol in the possession of under 18’s should be confiscated. All gas canisters of any size (including nitrous oxide).
Does a weekend ticket at Leeds include camping?
Weekend tickets allow access to campsites from Thursday, 25th August 2022 until close of campsite on Monday, 29th August 2022 – and access to the Arena on all show days.

What is the 56 camping day rule?
At present, farmers and landowners can operate a campsite on their land for 28 days every year without applying for planning permission. Can you pitch up a tent anywhere?
Some general rules to follow:
Check for ‘no camping’ signs. If a landowner asks you not to camp on their land, respect their wishes. Leave no trace of your visit. Use a stove rather than a campfire, take your rubbish home and take a hand shovel for when it’s necessary to take care of business.
