This festival does not condone the use of drugs. It is illegal to buy, sell or take drugs. Drugs enforcement laws are as applicable onsite as anywhere else in the UK.
Can I take medication to Leeds Fest?
We don’t condone the use of drugs but if you choose to take them, we want you to remain as safe as possible. If you need help or support at any time please visit the medical tent or welfare tent, both open 24 hours a day. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
What are you not allowed to take to Leeds Festival?
Animals (other than registered hearing dogs or guide dogs). Any goods for unauthorised trading with unauthorised Reading/Leeds Festival logos. Anything that could reasonably be considered for use as a weapon including oversized lighters or any item which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person.
Can you take medication into festivals?
Remember to bring any regular medications you might need (for example inhalers or epi pens). If you take regular medication that must be kept in a fridge (for example insulin), check with your festival before you go whether their medical team can store this for you.
Can you bring paracetamol to a festival?
Make sure to add plenty of pain relief to your festival first aid kit to keep aches and pains at bay. This includes: Ibuprofen or paracetamol.
Can you take paracetamol to Leeds?
If you do need it, there are shops here where you can buy it. You don’t need to carry too many medicines unless you have prescriptions. You can bring about 1 month’s worth of medicines. Commonly used medications like Paracetamol and pain relievers are readily available here.
What happens if they find drugs on you Leeds Festival?
Staff will search for illegal items including drugs. If someone offers you drugs, please report them to the nearest member of security with as much information as you can.
Can you take water into Leeds Festival?
Only food for personal consumption may be brought into the Arena. We only allow sealed soft drinks under 500ml, as well as empty reusable water bottles of any size into the Arena. Please refill your empty bottles at the water points inside the Arena for free.
Is there sniffer dogs at Leeds Fest?
We put a lot of time and effort on briefing and training and run emergency exercises. We also have a team of sniffer dogs working around the clock.
Can you take dry shampoo to Leeds Festival?
Get there early and ask others which shower is hot! Dry shampoo is a good investment! Bring toilet rolls and hand sanitizer (just in case the toilets run out!)
What happens if you are caught with drugs at a festival UK?
If you are found in possession of drugs you may be arrested and are liable to prosecution and/or may not be allowed to go into the festival. If you are found with drugs once on site, you may be ejected and/or arrested. If you are prosecuted for a drugs offence, you will get a criminal record.
Can you bring prescription pills into a concert?
Medically required liquids will be subject to additional screening that could include being asked to open the container. You can bring your medication in pill or solid form in unlimited amounts as long as it is screened.

Declare all drugs, medicinal, and similar products to the appropriate CBP official; Carry such substances in their original containers; Carry only the quantity of such substances that a person with that condition (e.g., chronic pain) would normally carry for his/her personal use; and.

Toiletries: Starting with the obvious, deodorant is an absolute essential, but make sure you bring roll on as some festivals won’t allow aerosols into the premises. If you’re planning on using the communal showers, bring miniature shower gel, and shampoo and conditioner if you’re planning on washing your hair.

Are there free showers at Leeds Festival?
Are there showers or phone chargers? Yes and yes! There are free showers on site, so you don’t have to wet wipe yourself for the whole weekend if you don’t have to. These will be clearly marked on our festival map, which will be released nearer the time.
