Is there a cloakroom in O2 Academy?
Is there a cloakroom? We have a cloakroom where we charge a small fee per item (although O2 customers can use it for free, to find out how by visiting the ‘On O2’ page) but space is limited, so please travel light.
Can I take bag into O2?
You will be permitted to take an A4 size bag or smaller into the arena. One bag is allowed per person. We class small bags as no larger than A4 size or standard handbags. Backpacks, travel cases, laptop bags and large tote bags are NOT permitted inside the arena.
Is there a dress code for O2 Academy?
There’s no dress code for most events.
Do you need ID to get into O2 Academy?
FAQ’s: – You will need photo ID of the lead booker to enter. You must be the lead booker else the ID is invalid UNLESS your parent is the lead booker, you can bring their photo ID and your photo ID for entry if you have the same surname only. – We will accept photocopies of passports but all other ID must be physical.
How much is O2 cloakroom?

Arrive early: Reach at least 30 minutes before the time of the concert to ensure timely entry. Pack light: Only small bags are allowed inside the O2 Arena, so it is best to pack light.

What time do concerts finish at The O2 Academy?
Events in the arena finish no later than 11pm (Monday-Saturday) and no later than 10.30pm on Sunday. But every show is different. Exact timings may not be available until the event gets closer. Take a look at the webpage (The O2 events diary) for your show, as soon as we have this information, it will be listed there.
Are there sniffer dogs at The O2?
The aim of sniffer dogs is to deter people from carrying, consuming and selling drugs at nightclubs, festivals and events like the one at the O2.
Can you take your own snacks to The O2?

Food and drink cannot be brought into the venue. Bottle tops will be removed from all bottles purchased from concourse outlets or bars inside The O2 arena. The O2 arena does not have cloakroom facilities.

What should I wear to walk over The O2?
1. We shall supply you with a Climb suit, ECCO shoes, harness and safety equipment which you will need for your Climb. You must wear this clothing and equipment at all times during the Climb and must not interfere with it in anyway whatsoever after it has been attached by your Climb Guide.
