Can I wear headphones on parkrun?
We do ask that as a courtesy to the volunteers, you remove headphones from your ears during the safety briefing before the start, and on approaching the finish area. Finally please keep the volume at a suitable level to be able to hear any marshals instructions out on the course too.
What if I forgot my barcode for parkrun?
If you forget your barcode, we will tell you what position you came but we WILL NOT give you a time. We are more than happy to help you print if you need this. All you need to do is forward any email from parkrun with a previous result on it and we will print for you.
Can I run parkrun without a barcode?
Don’t forget your barcode (or #DFYB) – this is the parkrun golden rule. Without a barcode you can’t get an official time. You can still take part of course but please take a finish token and simply give it us back.
