Our answer is always yes. The animals have access to the safari drive or their shelters and you can still see them even in the rain. Occasionally we can have excessive rainfall that can cause flooding of some paths. This is often a short term problem and when this happens we will close any effected areas.
Are safari park tickets refundable?
All tickets purchased online are valid for one occasion, are non-refundable and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Open-dated tickets can be used on any open day during the season for which they are purchased.

What time should I go to the Night Safari?
Night Safari Singapore offers four different time slots to enter the park. These are 7:15 PM, 8:15 PM, 9:15 PM, and 10:15 PM. It’s highly recommended that you book the earliest time slot, which is 7:15 PM because: It gives you enough time to visit all the attractions at Night Safari.

Night safari might not be so enjoyable in the rain. The Creatures of The Night show is in the open, and the walking trails difficult to walk because they are rather narrow. The animals might go into hiding as well.

Can I change the date of my night safari ticket?
There is no cut off time as long as the tickets are available. For those who have made prior purchase, you can make your final changes by 3pm on date of visit. All changes made after 3pm on date of visit will be subject to cancellation charges.
How do I cancel a safari reservation?
To complete the cancellation please email [email protected] with your enquiry number and cancellation details. Prior to making payments the cancellation fee is not applicable and you are welcome to decline the quote should you change your mind about the booking.

How much will I get if I cancel my ticket?
Cancellation charges are per passenger. If a confirmed ticket is cancelled within 48 hrs and up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure of the train, cancellation charges shall be 25% of the fare subject to the minimum flat rate mentioned in the above clause.
Will I get full refund if I cancel ticket?
When you cancel a reserved train ticket, you are entitled to get a full or partial refund of the amount you paid for the ticket during the time of reservation. The refund process is different for counter tickets and e-Tickets booked through IRCTC.
