What is a senior swim?
These are lane-swimming sessions open only to swimmers aged 50 and over. This means you can take your time in the lanes and use them as a social opportunity, as well as a way to stay active and keep fit. It’s also really popular, with around 230,000 people attending senior sessions each month.
What is a concessionary membership?
Concession membership has the same benefits as Centre Membership but offers even greater discounts on activities, You also get discounts within the Sports Development Programme. ( If taking part in a multiple participation activity, ie badminton, all players must have a Concession Membership.
Can 14 year olds go to the gym?
A 14 or 15 year old requires a parent or guardian to be in the club at the same time that they are attending. They don’t have to be in the same area with the exception of the swimming pool area where 14 and 15 year olds need to be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
