What is the difference between B2 First and B2 First CB?
B2 First is available in two versions: B2 First, designed for adult learners. B2 First is one of the exams that make up Cambridge English Qualifications for general and higher education. B2 First for Schools, designed for school-aged learners.

Is Cambridge Cancelling 2022 exams?
The British Council has made this decision keeping in mind its duty of care towards the candidates, venue staff, and British Council staff. The British Council will submit the special consideration request to the board for all exams components (AM/PM) cancelled on 25 May 2022.

Will the grade boundaries be lower in 2022 Cambridge?
Grade thresholds we choose in June 2022 will generally be lower than in June 2019, and higher than in June 2021. It also means that, in June 2022, Cambridge IGCSEs will have the same awarding standard as UK GCSEs, and Cambridge International A Levels will have the same awarding standard as UK A Levels.
Is C1 better than B2?

The B2 is the better choice if you need something to use in a well-lit room because it gets brighter in SDR. However, their HDR brightness is similar, and the C1 has better gradient handling, so if you watch HDR content, it’s better to go for the C1.

Is the Cambridge IELTS series harder than an actual test?
Despite their differences, one test is not more difficult than the other. You might find the Cambridge tests more interesting than the IELTS, which is a bit more academic, but it doesn’t mean that one is easier than the other.

Is CAE hard to pass?
This exam is the second on the language proficiency scale, after the C2 Proficiency (CPE), so you’ll need to be very confident in your abilities and knowledge when you take it. This test is one of the most requested and is highly demanding, but you don’t have to worry.
What is a good CAE score?
Valid scores on the CAE Exam range from 160 to 210. A score of 180 or above is considered a “pass” and students with that score will receive the Cambridge C1 Advanced certificate, which corresponds to a level C1 in English on the CEFR.
Is C1 a good grade?
If a person is at C1, this is advanced level. He/she can do the following: Understand a wide range of more demanding, longer texts, and recognise implicit meaning in them. Express him/herself fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for the right expression.
How long is C1 English valid?
If your performance is below Level C1, but falls within Level B2 (scale score 160–179), we will recognise your achievement with a Cambridge English certificate stating that you demonstrated ability at Level B2. How long is my C1 Advanced certificate valid for? Your Cambridge English certificate does not expire.
