What is a London Eye Capsule? The London Eye or the Millennium Wheel has 32 London eye capsules, sealed and air-conditioned. Designed by Poma, these ovoidal passenger capsules are attached to the external circumference of the London Eye wheel.
Do you sit or stand on London Eye?
When you are on the London Eye, you’ll be in an enclosed capsule, rather than an open seat. Capsules are air-conditioned, and can accommodate up to 25 people. There are some seats in the capsule, or you can stand near the glass to get a better view.
