Has Chester Zoo got a Batcave?
As you make your way through the forest and head towards the bat cave, you may be able to feel the air as they whoosh past you! But there’s no need to worry about them flying into you, bats are excellent navigators.
Why is Batcave closed?
The entire cave will be closed to protect the colony of bats as they raise their young. The lower half of the cave may be open.

If you have ever seen the Batman series from the 60s, then you have probably seen the Batcave. It is located in Griffith Park and just a short one-half mile walk from the parking lot.
