What happens if I forgot to tap out?
Remember, you need a different card or device for each person travelling. If you touch-in but don’t touch-out at your destination stop, with the same card or device, we won’t know what journey you made. If this happens, you’ll automatically pay the incomplete journey fare.
Why did the bus only charge me 10p?

Why does my card keep getting declined on the bus?
Your card may have been reported as lost or stolen and been cancelled by your card issuer. If you are sure your card details are correct please either contact your bank or try again later. Card payments can sometimes be declined because of an issue with your bank’s systems; the fault could be with your card issuer.
