Is C1 Cambridge difficult?
The answer is yes! You will need to work a lot harder and be serious about your preparation for the C1 Advanced exam. While the B2 First shows you have a good grounding in English, the C1 Advanced is closer to the level of a native speaker.
What grades do you need to enter Cambridge?
Cambridge usually requires A*A*A for most sciences courses and A*AA for arts courses or 40–42 in the IB, including core points, with 776 at Higher Level.
Can a 15 year old do A levels?
Many students over the age of 18 (the typical age students in the UK sit their A Levels) ask if they’re able to take the exams. Actually, there’s no age limit to A Levels, providing the entry requirements are met! So it doesn’t matter if you’re 16 or 79, you can still take your A Level exams.

What’s the difference between Ket and flyers?
YLE exams are divided into:
“A” grade for this exam is equal to A2 Key (KET). These exams are designed to assess all the main areas of English knowledge – listening, speaking, reading and writing.
What level is after pet?
After successfully completing the B1 Preliminary (PET) exam, you will receive a Cambridge B1 certificate, and after getting “A” grade – a B2-level certificate that corresponds to the B2 First (FCE) exam. Even if you fail to successfully complete B1 Preliminary, you can still get an A2 certificate.

What can A1 students do?

He/she can understand and use very frequently-used everyday expressions as well as simple phrases to meet immediate needs. He/she can introduce him/herself and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where he/she lives, things he/she has and people he/she knows.
What is the difference between C1 and C2 Cambridge?
The main difference between the two tests is the level of English that they allow you to achieve. C1 Advanced is targeted at the C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), while C2 is targeted at the C2 CEFR level. C2 Proficiency is therefore the more difficult of the two exams.
Is it hard to get a first at Cambridge?
Most of the universities with the highest proportions of first and 2:1s were highly selective institutions such as the universities of Oxford and Cambridge.
Is Cambridge test easier than ielts?
Despite their differences, one test is not more difficult than the other. You might find the Cambridge tests more interesting than the IELTS, which is a bit more academic, but it doesn’t mean that one is easier than the other.
Is entering Cambridge hard?
Although the average Cambridge acceptance rate is 15.7%, this rate is inevitably lower for its most competitive courses. These courses include Medicine, Computer Science, Architecture, Economics, Engineering, and Law. The acceptance rate for Computer Science, for example, is just 10%.
Is C1 considered fluent?
Reaching C1 means you can understand long, demanding texts, speak fluently without searching for expressions, and understand implicit meanings. You can also use the language for business and academic purposes.
Is C1 better or C2?
The LG C2 OLED is slightly better than the LG C1 OLED, although the performance of the two is quite similar. The C2 is a bit brighter, especially in SDR and when displaying small, bright highlights in HDR.
