Can I visit Dudley Castle?
All the tours will be complemented by a programme of short lectures by former Castle Keeper, Adrian Durkin. Group bookings available upon request. A maximum of 30 guests will be admitted on each tour. All children (aged 8 yrs +) must be accompanied by an adult.
Do you have to pay for the rides at Dudley Zoo?
The Land train runs around every 20 minutes from the bottom of the zoo to the top of the zoo and is included in your admission price. You purchase tokens for the fair ground rides. These cost £1 each and some rides are one token and some are two tokens.
Can you go inside the castle at Dudley Zoo?
Due to popular demand and for those who would like to visit and learn about Dudley Castle, we have introduced exclusive tours of the 11th Century castle situated in the heart of Dudley Zoo.
Does Dudley have a zoo?
WE’RE OPEN EVERY DAY FROM 10 AM. LAST ADMISSION IS 2 PM, GROUNDS CLOSE AT 4.30 PM. Phone lines are manned Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. We recommend that you pre-book your tickets via our online booking system.
Is parking free at Dudley Zoo?
Access to the car park is via Tipton Road, DY1 4SQ. (driving down Tipton Road towards Black Country Living Museum from Castlegate Island, turn left at the traffic lights). Car park is barrier operated and £3.50 per token to exit. To navigate, press the arrow keys.
