We are open from 10am to 4pm daily. All visitors to the farm should purchase tickets in advance for a ‘2-hour visit’ allocated time slot.
Is Sandwell Valley Park free?
One ticket covers all Sandwell Valley Country Park car parks. Charges apply between 9am and 6pm every day in summer (when British Summer Time is in force) and between 9.30am and 3pm every day in winter (when Greenwich Mean Time is in force). Outside of these times there is no charge for parking.

We advise dog owners visiting the Country Park to keep their dogs on a lead whilst walking around Swan Pool, due to the presence of blue green algae. The presence of algae is only temporary, but it is advisable to keep dogs out of the water for the time being.

Can dogs go on farmers fields?
Avoid taking your dog into fields where there are farm animals or horses. If you have to go into the field, keep your dog on a lead and stay as far away from farm animals as you can. Keep a close eye on the animals as you pass to see how they react to you and your dog.
