Can you take disposable BBQ to Leeds?
While it is perfectly legal to have BBQs on some beaches, a lot of local councils are now implementing their own rules that mean you cannot use disposable BBQs. Having a single-use disposable BBQ on beaches where they are prohibited could see you landing a £100 fine and it being confiscated.

Can you get boiling water at Leeds Festival?
The food at the festival is expensive so we would recommend that you bring your own. We have cooking facilities in the Cloud Hub for making toasties and there is also hot water, a fridge and a microwave.
Is there a limit on how much alcohol you can take to Leeds Fest?
There is a limit of 24 cans and a 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit or wine per person. Any alcohol in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles. Cans can be mixed (e.g. 12 cider and 12 lager) and they may be loose (not in a crate) but must not exceed 24.
How strict is Leeds Fest security?
Security. We take the security and safety of our festival goers very seriously – it is a real priority. than A4 into the arena. Please be patient while we carry out our security checks and searches, which take place at the campsite gates, the arena entrance and may also happen at any time at any location onsite.

Can you take your own drinks into Leeds Fest?
We only allow sealed soft drinks under 500ml, as well as empty reusable plastic and metal bottles of any size into the Arena. Please refill your empty bottles at the water points inside the Arena for free.
What bin does a disposable BBQ go in?
Do not dispose of them in the recycling bin, as they cannot be recycled. Once completely cold, they should be placed in the household waste bin. Care should be taken when using disposable BBQs in the countryside. Never leave them unattended and make sure they are fully out and have gone completely cold after use.
Can you take gas stove to festivals?
Don’t bring your barbecue or stove into the tent even after you have finished cooking and the barbecue is cooling down as it can still release harmful carbon monoxide that you definitely don’t want to be inhaling. It’s always best to leave barbecues outside, whether you’re cooking on them or not.
Should I wear wellies to Leeds Festival?
I’d always recommend walking boots over wellies. It baffles me how so many people spend the entire festival in wellies when the ground is mostly dry, because it’s so much comfier to walk around in a decent pair of boots.
Does Leeds Fest have sniffer dogs?
We work very closely with West Yorkshire Police and members of the security services to ensure our security procedures are up to date and we are following best practice. We put a lot of time and effort on briefing and training and run emergency exercises. We also have a team of sniffer dogs working around the clock.
Can you take a bottle of water into Leeds Arena?
Food and drinks cannot be brought into the venue unfortunately.
Can you take paracetamol to Leeds?
If you do need it, there are shops here where you can buy it. You don’t need to carry too many medicines unless you have prescriptions. You can bring about 1 month’s worth of medicines. Commonly used medications like Paracetamol and pain relievers are readily available here.
Is Leeds Fest 2022 cashless?

Can you bring water to a festival?
While beverages and food from outside may be banned in some events, most music festivals allow people to bring factory-sealed bottled water. If you do not want to carry bottles of water or buy bottled water at food trucks, you can bring a reusable water bottle or a hydration pack and fill it at a water fountain.
Is food expensive at Leeds Festival?
Prices range from £10 to £12 for meat dishes. You can get chicken / beef / king prawn with noodles – £10 for regular, £12 for large.
What time should I arrive at Leeds Festival?
When to arrive. Those who have purchased an Early Entry Pass are allowed access to the campsites from 2pm on Wednesday, 25th August. As for the rest of you the campsite will open from 3am on Thursday Thursday, 26th August. Try to be as early as you can the good spots get taken very quickly!
