You must wear your normal clothing under your Climb suit which is appropriate for the weather conditions. The Climb suit is a one piece trouser suit and you must wear suitable clothing which will allow you to wear your Climb suit on top.
Is it warm inside the O2 Arena?
The inside of the o2 is very cold unlike an indoor shopping mall. So wrap warm if you are going to be walking around inside to shop and browse the stores in winter. There are so many restaurants and bars. The shopping outlet is big.
Can I take a water bottle into the O2 Arena?

Food and drink cannot be brought into the venue. Bottle tops will be removed from all bottles purchased from concourse outlets or bars inside The O2 arena. The O2 arena does not have cloakroom facilities.
Is the O2 arena air conditioned?

Arrive early: Reach at least 30 minutes before the time of the concert to ensure timely entry. Pack light: Only small bags are allowed inside the O2 Arena, so it is best to pack light.
Can I take a handbag into The O2?
You will be permitted to take an A4 size bag or smaller into the arena. One bag is allowed per person. We class small bags as no larger than A4 size or standard handbags. Backpacks, travel cases, laptop bags and large tote bags are NOT permitted inside the arena.
How late can you arrive to a concert?

Can you just turn up and park at the O2?
The O2 has over 2,100 parking spaces available, so it’s easy to arrive by car. Customers for Icon Outlet, and all non-event activities at The O2 should park in Car Parks 2, 3 or 4 where hourly rates apply.
Can you climb The O2 if it’s raining?
Our goretex climb suits by ARCO will keep you dry so the adventure continues in the rain and we can still climb safely in winds up to 33mph.
Can you vape in The O2?
The O2 is a no smoking venue. The smoking area is just outside The O2’s main entrance. Remember, if you’re coming to an event at the arena, indigo or Building Six, you can’t leave and re-enter once you’ve gone through ticket checking. E-cigarettes can be used anywhere in The O2 except the performance spaces.
What time is curfew at The O2?
Events in the arena finish no later than 11pm (Monday-Saturday) and no later than 10.30pm on Sunday. But every show is different. Exact timings may not be available until the event gets closer. Take a look at the webpage (The O2 events diary) for your show, as soon as we have this information, it will be listed there.

How early should you turn up to a concert?
Generally speaking, the golden rule is to get there an hour before the first act is due to come on stage. Leaving it any later may mean missing the support, or worse, being late to see the main act. You never know. Treat the concert like an experience and get there early and you can’t go wrong.
