Can I sleep in my car at Reading Festival?
The designated campervan/caravan area of the site is the only place where ticket holders can sleep in vehicles. We do not permit sleeping in cars and security will ask you to leave the car park.

Day Campsite
Day ticket holders may therefore choose to stay overnight and travel the following morning. For anyone wishing to camp in the Day Campsite, there will be a charge of £5.00 per person, payable on the day only. Basic facilities (toilets and drinking water) will be made available.
Can you shower at Latitude?
There are toilets located throughout the festival site and the campsites, disabled toilets can also be found in all areas. Showers are located in The Village but are only open from 7.30pm to 12.30pm on Thursday, Friday to Sunday from 6am to 12.30pm and on Monday from 6am to 5pm.

Day Ticket holders may only enter the festival via the Green Day Gate and continue through Green into to the arena. 25. There is no readmission on a Day Ticket so once day ticket holders have exchanged their ticket for a wristband, they cannot leave the site and re-enter.
Where is the best place to drop off Reading Festival?
Hills Meadow Car Park will be the dedicated area for drop off/pick up. From here festival goers can either walk to the site, or use the free shuttle boats provided. Festival car parking is available at Mapledurham and Kings Meadow for parking pass holders.
