The AO Arena has a strict no food or drink policy on entry so unfortunately you are not able to bring your own food or drink to any event (unless required to manage a medical condition – see below for further information regarding this).

We want you to enjoy your event and relax so we don’t tell you what you have to wear and we operate a relaxed dress code, although most people choose to dress smart casual. For some events, the AO Arena will advise that certain items of clothing can’t be worn e.g. football shirts.
Can you vape in the AO Arena Manchester?
5.1 The Arena operates a strict no smoking policy which also includes the use of e-cigarettes (except within designated vaping areas; conditions apply). It is illegal to smoke anywhere at the Arena and anyone caught smoking will be ejected from the Arena without refund.

Is it cold inside the O2 Arena?
The inside of the o2 is very cold unlike an indoor shopping mall. So wrap warm if you are going to be walking around inside to shop and browse the stores in winter. There are so many restaurants and bars. The shopping outlet is big.
What can you take into Bridgestone arena?
APPROVED BAGS: Medical bags, parenting bags, CLEAR 12″ x 12″ bags, and NON-CLEAR 6.5″ x 4.5″ bags will be permitted following X-Ray screening. Backpacks of any kind are NOT permitted. Guests attending events with unapproved bags will experience delayed entry times, for expedited entry please leave bags at home.
Can you bring water bottles into Australian Open?

Most likely. The vape and the battery both contain metal. It would depend on how sensitive the metal detector is. But more than likely it would.

Can you take drinks into the O2 Arena?

Food and drink cannot be brought into the venue. Bottle tops will be removed from all bottles purchased from concourse outlets or bars inside The O2 arena. The O2 arena does not have cloakroom facilities. There is no re-admission once you have left the venue.

Arrive early: Reach at least 30 minutes before the time of the concert to ensure timely entry. Pack light: Only small bags are allowed inside the O2 Arena, so it is best to pack light.
How cold is it inside Bridgestone Arena?
At game time, temperatures are supposed to be right at 40 degrees. If you are used to the relatively toasty 55-60 degrees inside Bridgestone Arena for Preds games, you are going to be in for a shock. Throw on an extra layer or two. There won’t be much of a wind, but a scarf wouldn’t hurt.
What can you bring to an NBA game?
