How do I register for York University?
Set up your account at idm.york.ac.uk using the York username and password sent to you in your joining instructions email.

How do I book my enrollment appointment at York University?
If you have accepted your offer, log in to MyFile and select “Book/manage my enrolment appointment.” If you see “Book/Manage” in the Advising column beside your program name, you are required to book an enrolment/course selection appointment. Click the link provided there and follow the instructions.
How do I get an enrollment letter from York University?
Complete a Letter and Document Verification Request form (below) and email it to [email protected]. After your Letter and Document Verification Request Form is processed, the Registrar’s Office will confirm that you are enrolled and registered and will send that verification directly to your RESP provider.
What is Enrolment appointment at York University?
Your Enrolment Appointment is the most important step when beginning your York studies. Every new student must attend an appointment before they can enroll in courses. Appointments are held in-person on either Keele or Glendon campus (depending on which one you are admitted to), unless you live outside of the GTA.
