We’re very happy for pushchairs, prams and buggies to be on our trains, just as long as you make sure they’re folded at all times and stored the same way as any other item of luggage. If this is not possible, they may be stored in wheelchair spaces that are empty.

Yes you can take a pram on the bus but some buses have limited space for prams.
Can I carry a chair on the tube?
There’s absolutely no way you’d be allowed, or even able to take that at any point on the tube. Assuming you could fit them through the ticket barrier, the network is full of stairs and passageways. There’s loads of people, and as has already been pointed out, the tiny amount of time that trains stay at a platform.
Is baby stroller mandatory in UK?

Pushchairs and prams need to be folded and stored safely in the luggage compartments on board. We recommend bringing one that is easy to fold and doing so before you board the train. You may want to consider bringing a sling or baby carrier on board for the little ones to make this easier.
Can I take baby to Tower of London?
If you have little kids, I highly recommend you wait until they’re older before visiting the Tower of London. I think the best age range is minimum of 7 years old.
Can you take buggy on London Eye?
Yes. A pushchair/buggy can come with you onto the London Eye but it must remain completely closed/folded throughout the experience, including on the entrance and exit ramps.
How do you get off a train with a pram?
Always get off backwards: If you have a pram on the bus or train then it’s easier if you get off backwards, with the back wheels at the handle end first.
