How do I reload my M card?
To top-up your MCard you can:
- Download the MCard app from Google store onto your Android phone, then buy and download your ticket anywhere and at anytime.
- Buy a ticket at one of 700 Payzone outlets.
- Go to your local Bus Station Travel Centre or use one of the ticket kiosks.
Can I use MCard on Arriva buses?
You can now preload the white MCard with PAYG travel, so you don’t need to carry cash for your bus fare. You can use it to buy any adult single, return or day ticket when you board a bus run by: Arriva.
Can I load my MCard online?
With M•CARD Online, riders can check their balance, add money (passes or Stored Cash Value) to their M•CARD or even order a new card, all from a computer, tablet or smartphone.
What is the pink MCard for?

What does an under 19 m card do?
With an Under 19 PhotoCard you can travel on all Transdev Keighley & District, Harrogate & District and Coastliner services into and within North Yorkshire. On these services you will receive a third off the fare for your journey in North Yorkshire.
Why is my MCard not working?
My MCard is not working and has been refused by a driver? Either your MCard has expired, has no travel on it, or it has been damaged. Go to your local bus station travel centre and they can help check your card. If you have an Android NFC phone you can also check your card with the MyMcard App.
Can I use debit card on Metrobus?
We accept Visa and Mastercard contactless credit and debit cards and devices with Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not accept American Express or Maestro cards. Pre-paid contactless payment cards can also be used, but please make sure you have enough credit on them before boarding.
Can I use someone else’s bus card?
No. That bus pass is for THAT person. The person who paid for the bus pass. For you to use a bus pass that has been paid for by someone else amounts to theft.

What does M card mean?
The Mcard is your official University of Michigan identification card. You’ll use it all over campus to identify yourself as a member of the university community. The UMID number is the cardholder’s eight digit student number or employee number. The Mcard has many uses from building access to use as an ATM/debit card!

Why do MetroCards have holes?

Can my husband use my rail card?
Yes. As long as either you (as the main Railcard holder) or the second named Railcard holder is travelling with a child, up to a total of four adults and four children travelling together can get discounts.
Can someone else use my rail card?
The Railcard and tickets bought with it are not transferable to anyone else and you must not give, lend, or resell them. Only the named cardholder(s) can use the Railcard. 2.4. Train Companies will not issue refunds on unused/unwanted Railcards, or extend their validity period.
Can you change your Mcard photo?
If you do not like your photo on your Mcard, you may obtain a new photo and Mcard at an ID Station for a cost of $20. Under certain circumstances, cardholders who have had major physical facial or head changes can turn in their old card for an updated Mcard.
