How many days can you keep a library book?
Circulating books are the most common — these books may leave the library and be checked out for up to three (3) weeks. They may also be renewed twice for three (3) weeks each, as long as no one else is waiting for the book. This means that, in total, a book could be checked out for up to nine (9) weeks.
How long do library loans last?
New books may be borrowed initially for 14 days. After this, if not wanted by another member, they can be renewed for a further period.
How long can I keep a book from Libby?
You can borrow eBooks and eAudiobooks from Overdrive or Libby for 7 days, 14 days, or 21 days. It’s your choice!
Can you renew Libby books?
You can renew a book in Libby as long as no one else is waiting for that title. The option to renew becomes available a few days before the book is due. To renew a title in Libby: Tap the bookshelf icon, then tap loans at the top of the screen.
What does renew library mean?
