Can you go to Alton Towers with a broken hand?

Guests with any type of cast are restricted from riding our attractions. Please see each individual ride section for more information. Walking boots and braces are permitted on some rides providing they are fully secured.

Who can join the accessible queue?

Disabled people who need to join the separate, accessible queue, should travel to a kiosk located outside Tate Britain, where accessible facilities – including accessible toilets, a water point, and BSL interpreters – will be available. If you require this queue, you may be accompanied by one carer or companion.

What are Alton Towers queues like?

Can you wear a bum bag on Alton Towers rides?

What is the quietest day to go to Alton Towers?

Arrive early for a full day of fun! The gates open at 10am every day that Alton Towers theme park is open. However, the car park and monorail are open from 9am – so you can make sure you’re at the gates the moment they open.
