Is Food Allowed In Sea Life?

Yes you can. We do not have any restrictions in place for bringing food and drink into the attraction. Please note however that alcohol of any sort is not permitted inside SEA LIFE.

How long can you stay inside SEA LIFE?

On average it will take about 60 to 90 minutes to enjoy the full SEA LIFE experience. However, you can spend as long as you’d like with our marine creatures.

Can you take food into London Aquarium?

Eating and drinking within the aquarium are not permitted, only drinking water.

Can you touch at SEA LIFE?

For the health and safety of you and our animals, we ask that you do not touch any of our animals unless invited to by a member of staff. We have a rockpool display where you are welcome to touch our starfish and crabs under the supervision of our fully trained staff.

What age is SEA LIFE good for?

We are suitable for all ages and offer facilities for those with young children including our Shipwreck Shores play area, an interactive touchpool, and changing facilities located near the toilets for parents to use within the first section of the aquarium.

How long does the average person spend aquarium?

It takes about 2-2.5 hours on average but it does vary from guest to guest! over a year ago. It really depends on how patient you are/your interest in the exhibit, as well as your tolerance to crowded areas with people constantly pushing and shoving you to get in front of the aquariums. I’d say around 1.5-2.5 hours max

Can bring food into sea aquarium?

Yep it is allowed.

Do they check bags at the aquarium?

For the safety of guests, staff, volunteers and exhibit animals, all bags are subject to search. Refusal to bag search may result in non-admittance to the Aquarium.

Can you take a packed lunch to London Zoo?

Yes, you can bring your own food. There are open-air picnic areas at both Zoos and outdoor tables. We kindly ask everyone, whether bringing their own food or buying food on site, to help our staff and please dispose of all waste in bins provided.

Can you take pictures at SEA LIFE?

Yes you can, as we want you to take your memories of our creatures home with you. However we do not permit the use of any flash photography as this can scare and harm our creatures. The use of tripods is also not permitted and if you wish to use a tripod you will need to arrange this with our press team.

Are there crocodiles at SEA LIFE?

All guests require a valid ticket to enter, including Under 3s who go free. Most ticket types give the option to purchase an under 3 either whilst selecting the number of Adults and Children, or after you have selected the date and time of your booking. These will add to your basket prior to checkout.
