What do you wear to Winter Wonderland?
Warm clothes, gloves and a hat are ideal. Also, sturdy footwear with a good grip suitable for walking on snow is recommended. Timberland type boots or Wellington boots are perfect, if not, trainers are fine but they are likely to get wet, so please bring a change of footwear.
Do you need to pre book ice skating at Winter Wonderland?
Ice Skating sessions are 50 minutes long (please arrive 20 minutes in advance to get your skates on!) The Magical Ice Kingdom presents a walk-through attraction which you can walk around at your leisure. The normal duration is approximately 20-30 minutes. You will need to choose an entry time slot before booking.
What should you not do while ice skating?
Do not put your arms out to catch your fall. You can easily injure your wrists, arms, and shoulders by trying to catch yourself on your hands. If you have to put your arms out to keep yourself from hitting your head, it is better to do so with your elbow bent. And never skate with your hands in your pockets!
