Tap On Tap Off, the quick and easy way to pay for your bus travel at the best price, is now on board Arriva Buses. Simply hop on the bus and tap on with your driver using a credit/debit card or with Google Pay or Apple Pay and when you leave just tap off with the dedicated reader.
Why has Arriva only charged me 10p?

How many times can you use contactless before it asks for your PIN?
Card issuers only allow five consecutive contactless transactions that can be made before a PIN is requested in order to prevent fraud. So if you only use your card for small payments make sure you can recall the PIN to avoid getting caught out at the till.
