Many festivals say no to gas stoves, but there are others you can try, including: Solid fuel / hexi stoves.
Can you bring stove to Glastonbury?
Don’t bring your barbecue or stove into the tent even after you have finished cooking and the barbecue is cooling down as it can still release harmful carbon monoxide that you definitely don’t want to be inhaling. It’s always best to leave barbecues outside, whether you’re cooking on them or not.
Where can I use a camping stove?
Camping gas stoves can be used almost anywhere you need to cook a meal and are without a kitchen. You may be tailgating or just in a camping area where fires are prohibited. Modern versions of camping stoves provide easy set up, and are compact and light.
Can you take BBQ to Glastonbury?
BBQing at Glastonbury is not allowed. There are just too many tents and too many food vendors for this to be even worth it. You’ll have any BBQ equipment taken off you if it’s found, and if you set it up and use it the stewards will be on you in minutes. Don’t risk your hard earned ticket!
Can you take stoves to festivals?
Festivals don’t generally allow BBQs on the campsite but most will permit a stove as long as it is raised off the ground. We take very little cooking equipment with us when we go to a festival – just our gas stove and a couple of pans so that we can make hot drinks and bacon sandwiches for breakfast.

Yes, it is safe to use a propane stove indoors. However, there are a few safety precautions to take if you have an indoor propane stove. Like any cooking appliance, the key element in successfully using a propane stove is ventilation. Any stove that relies on an open flame releases exhaust into the indoor air.

Can you take gas stoves to Leeds Festival?

Greenheat Base Camp Cookers, solid fuel and firelighter stoves, disposable BBQs and Trangia spirit burners are all permitted for use on the campsite at Leeds Festival, so be sure to take along some food you can easily whip up at your base.

Can you use a stove in any tent?

Can I take my vape to a festival?
While e-cigarettes are evidenced to be 95% less harmful than cigarettes, not all public spaces allow vaping, so make sure to double-check that the event you’re going to does beforehand. However, most if not all events will have a designated smoking and vaping area which is usually separate from the venue.
