No vehicles are permitted in the standard campsites and only towing vehicles for caravans are permitted in the campervan fields. You will not be permitted to sleep in the standard car parks.

What alcohol can I bring to Reading Festival?

Here’s how much you’re allowed to take into each festival without getting into trouble. Alcohol may only be brought into the music festival if you are camping. There is a limit of 24 cans and a 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit or wine per person. Any alcohol in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles.

Can you take water into Reading Festival?

Only food for personal consumption can be brought into the Arena. We only allow sealed water under 500ml, as well as empty reusable plastic and metal bottles of any size into the Arena. Please refill your empty bottles at the water points inside the Arena for free.

If you want to enjoy an extra night in Camping Plus you can purchase an Early Entry Pass during the booking process, which will be valid from Wednesday 24th August 2021. If you don’t have an Early Entry Pass, Camping Plus will be open to you from 8am on Thursday 25th August.
