It is a huge estate of about 1,000 acres and luckily for us has a circular public footpath around the grounds. The estate has its own bird gardens and deer farm, but you don’t have to pay the £15 per person entry fee for this walk.

Do you still have to book for Harewood House?
No, for most of the season Members do not need to pre-book. However during very busy times you will need to pre-book, such as Make it Harewood, the Great British Food Festival, and Christmas. We will give you plenty of notice for these times.
Where do you park for Harewood walk?
Parking: there’s free parking at the junction of Wike Lane and A61 (where the walk starts). If you start at the cafe there’s an honesty box for their car park (can get busy). Facilities: None, and limited places to picnic other than the field you start in and the deer park.
