Does everyone get searched at Leeds Festival?
We take the security and safety of our festival goers very seriously – it is a real priority. than A4 into the arena. Please be patient while we carry out our security checks and searches, which take place at the campsite gates, the arena entrance and may also happen at any time at any location onsite.
Can you leave Leeds Festival and come back?
The ticket will be exchanged for a wristband which then allows re-entry to the festival site for the weekend. There is no re-entry to the festival site or entry to the arena with a ticket. Tickets are non-transferable. We do not take returns and cannot change a ticket if a customer has booked incorrectly.

How early should you get to Leeds Festival?
When to arrive. Those who have purchased an Early Entry Pass are allowed access to the campsites from 2pm on Wednesday, 25th August. As for the rest of you the campsite will open from 3am on Thursday Thursday, 26th August. Try to be as early as you can the good spots get taken very quickly!
Can you sleep in the car Leeds Fest?
No vehicles are to be parked in the fire lanes at any time. The designated campervan/caravan area of the site is the only place where ticket holders can sleep in vehicles. We do not permit sleeping in cars and security will ask you to leave the car park.
Can you bring Vapes into Leeds Fest?
At Reading and Leeds, festival-goers can bring cigarettes for personal use into both the campsite and arenas, while e-cigarettes are also allowed.
Is there sniffer dogs at Leeds Festival?
We work very closely with West Yorkshire Police and members of the security services to ensure our security procedures are up to date and we are following best practice. We put a lot of time and effort on briefing and training and run emergency exercises. We also have a team of sniffer dogs working around the clock.
What happens if you are found with drugs at a festival?

If you are found in possession of drugs you may be arrested and are liable to prosecution and/or may not be allowed to go into the festival. If you are found with drugs once on site, you may be ejected and/or arrested. If you are prosecuted for a drugs offence, you will get a criminal record.
Do Leeds festivals check bags?
CCTV recording is in operation throughout the festival site for public safety and crime prevention. We strongly advise you do not bring a bag into the Arena as there will be long queues while all bags are searched. What shoes should I wear to Leeds Fest?
Comfortable Footwear – Trainers or a good pair of walking boots will be your most prized possession over the weekend. Do not waste your time with sliders or crocs! Don’t Forget The Wellies – In case of rain you NEED to bring some wellies with you, there’s no way you want to spend your weekend with mud all up your legs.
Can you sneak alcohol into Leeds Festival?
Due to licensing restrictions, you are not permitted to bring alcohol into the arena.
Can you exit and reenter Reading Festival?
24. Day Ticket holders may only enter the festival via the Green Day Gate and continue through Green into to the arena. 25. There is no readmission on a Day Ticket so once day ticket holders have exchanged their ticket for a wristband, they cannot leave the site and re-enter.
How do you get a Leeds wristband off?
Another method is to put your hand inside a plastic bag and thread it under the wristband. You can then pull the bag over the top and get a firm grip on the band. With a little bit of pressure and wiggling, you should be able to slip the band off your wrist.
Do you need to take ID to Leeds Fest?

What time is the last shuttle bus from Leeds Fest?
The last return shuttle bus will leave Leeds Festival after the event at 5.30am. Shuttle buses back to Leeds from Bramham Park will be running every 30 minutes from 6am to 2.30pm. A new shuttlebus service will run on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from Hallfields Lane by Morrisons in Wetherby to Leeds Festival.
Can under 18 take alcohol into Leeds Festival?
Afraid not, over 18s can bring alcohol for personal consumption into the campsites as long as this is decanted into plastic bottles. Glass is not allowed in the campsites or Main Arena. We only allow sealed soft drinks under 500ml, as well as empty reusable plastic and metal bottles of any size into the Arena.
Can under 18s camp at Leeds Festival?
Under 13’s (12 years and under) are admitted free but must be accompanied by a paying ticket-holder over 18 at all times.
