Greater Anglia have announced that there will be delays and cancelations to services this weekend with passengers traveling to Stansted Airport being some of those affected. Strike day will be taking place on October 1, 5 and 8 and the days following the strikes will also be affected.
Will the Stansted Express run during the strike?
On strike days, Greater Anglia says there will be a reduced service of two trains per hour between Southend Victoria and Liverpool Street and on the Stansted Express. There will be no services on regional/branch lines or rail replacement buses for them.
