Do you need to pre book London Dungeon?
All Merlin Annual Passholders are required to book online to secure their entry timeslot using the Passholder pre-booking hub. All Merlin Annual Passholders are able to visit The London Dungeon, but certain pass types have restrictions on select days.
Do you have to queue for London Dungeons?
We do not have a priority queue at the London Dungeon. By booking your ticket via our website you will be guaranteed entry into the attraction. If you select the Print At Home option and print your tickets yourself then you do not have to queue for the Box Office.
How long should you allow to visit London Dungeon?
60-75 minutes

How long is the queue for London Dungeon?
While the main show lasts for 90 minutes, plan to spend at least 2 hours at the attraction including the queue for entry. Around 20-40 people are let in for each show so it is never crowded inside. The entry queue could last for 20 minutes or more depending on the crowd.
Can I just turn up to London Dungeons?
If you are purchasing your tickets on the day of your visit at The London Dungeon you will first need to visit our Box Office to book into a Show Time. The tickets you purchase here will have an allocated Show Time on them; you must return to The London Dungeon at this time to begin your experience.
Do you get wet in London Dungeons?
You don’t get soaked on the ride, but guests are alerted that they may get wet / sprayed. It’s nothing like a log flume or other water rides specifically created to make you wet. The boats seat 8 people in pairs, and are low wooden bench-like seats.
Are there rides at London Dungeon?
The Drop Ride is an optional ride and if you fancy a reprieve, you can skip the ride! it is not accessible for guests who are unable to walk unaided or guests who cannot use stairs. Please note, this ride is subject to availability.

Can I take a bag into London Dungeon?
You will then be screened by one of the team. Please note: We do not accept suitcases or large items of hand luggage into this attraction. If you arrive with these items you will be directed to left luggage services at Charing Cross station. Backpacks up to a 30litre capacity will be permitted.
Can you take photos in London Dungeon?
*Please note that we do not allow personal photography within the Dungeon. Flashes hurt our sensitive-underground-dwelling eyes and are distracting. And why would you want to distract from our amazing performances?

Is there a weight limit at London Dungeon?
Due to restrictions at The London Dungeon we can only admit wheelchairs if they are less than 300kg with both user and wheelchair weight included. Wheelchairs must not be over the width of 27 inches wide and must be able to navigate tight angles and uneven flooring.
How many people are in a London dungeon group?
Up to 5 people can book for the Escape Room as a private group. The price is fixed and therefore covers up to 5 people. Please note: Due to Government Guidelines, we can only accept bookings from the same household/social bubble. The London Dungeon reserves the right to refuse admission to those from mixed households.
How big is The London Dungeon drop ride?
It is about 5- 10 metres but is in pitch darkness so will give the impression that it’s a lot more.

Are there Jumpscares in The London Dungeon?
We are not a scare attraction or a horror maze. We are a highly sensory experience with dark spaces, loud noises, flashing/strobe lights, pungent smells and jump scares.
How many dungeons can you do in a day?
This restriction complements the current limit of 5 instances per hour. Now, when a player enters a dungeon or a raid, the game checks to see if they have entered 5 instances in the last hour or 30 instances in the last 24 hours, and if they have, they cannot enter the instance until enough time has elapsed.
What do I need for first time DnD?
To start a D&D game, I recommend the following:
- A 5th edition Player’s Handbook.
- One set of dice: a D4, D6, D8, D10, D12 and D20.
- Printed character sheets.
- Pencils.
- A whiteboard (for maps)
- Dry erase markers.
- An adventure (a pre-made book that contains a story, NPCs and monsters)
How many people do you need for a dungeon?
As a rule-of-thumb, the best D&D parties tend to consist of around four to six players, plus the DM.
