London Grammar are an English indie pop band formed in Nottingham in 2009. The band consists of Hannah Reid, Dan Rothman and Dominic “Dot” Major.
Why is London Grammar called London Grammar?
We formed whilst at university in Nottingham, and started off by playing gigs in pubs and clubs in the local area. So we wanted a name with London in the title to help us stand out from other Nottingham based bands. ‘Grammar’ just happened to sound good next to it.
