Does The London Pass include Buckingham Palace?

How much does it cost to drive over Tower Bridge?
The Congestion Charge costs £15 if you pay in advance or on the same day. It costs £17.50 if you pay by midnight of the third day after you travel. You can pay the Congestion Charge online, by auto pay, app or telephone. If you do not pay the Congestion Charge, you will be fined £160.
Will I get a fine for driving over London Bridge?
Only buses, black taxis, motorbikes and cyclists will be able to cross the bridge between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday – with motorists who break the rules being fined £130. There are no restrictions from 7pm to 7am and throughout the weekend. Pedestrians will continue to be able to cross the bridge at all times.
Is Tower Bridge within the congestion charge zone?
As Tower Bridge is outside of the Congestion Charge zone, drivers will not be liable for the Congestion Charge if they do not deviate from the signed alternative routes.
