Who can use Manchester Central Library?
This is free of charge for anyone who lives in the UK. You can borrow loanable items from our library through the Manchester Libraries system, using the self-service machines or issue desks throughout Central Library. Reference-only books can be accessed in person, during library open hours.

Are the UCF libraries open to the public?
