During the encounter, you get an opportunity to touch the penguins. An employee secured the penguins head so that we could pet it’s back. The aquarium uses a 2 finger pet policy for all of its animals.

Do any aquariums hold great white sharks?
The Monterey Bay Aquarium remains the only aquarium in the world to successfully display a white shark.
Why no aquarium has a great white shark?
This means that when the sharks stop moving or slow down, they start to weaken and struggle to breathe. Therefore, the main reason why great whites are unable to be contained is that they are nomadic and are adapted to traveling incredibly long distances quickly.
Can zebra sharks hurt you?
