The HD Chain Lock comes with three keys and key replacement service. On receipt of your chain lock, note your key number and keep in a safe place. In the unfortunate event that you lose all your keys, a new spare can be made up for you.

Do you need a photocard with the key?
A paper photocard is not required when travelling with a Key card. Is there a Key card for children? Yes, there is a special Key card for children from the ages of 5 to 15. This is only available to order online.
How far out of London can I use Oyster?
