Why has ITV London news changed to Meridian?

Usually, ITV News teams across the country deliver regional bulletins every day on the programme with the latest news, weather and travel updates. But an error meant that viewers in London received the Meridian news instead. ‘Now, if you’ve joined us from London, welcome,’ a newsreader said.
