Is Bournemouth beach open for dogs?
There are no restrictions on Bournemouth beach from 1st October to 30th April. Dogs are welcome off lead during this time. There are some restrictions in place between 1st May and 30th September.
Are dogs allowed on Middle Chine beach Bournemouth?
If you travel east along the promenade from Durley Chine you arrive at the smaller and more sedate Middle Chine Beach. Middle Chine beach has a Dog Friendly area just next to Durley Chine.
Are dogs allowed on Sandbanks beach?

Are dogs allowed on Boscombe beach?
Dogs welcome all year at the dog-friendly section of Boscombe Beach at nearby Fishermans Walk Beach. For the rest of the beach, dogs are not allowed from 1 May to 30 September. From 1 October to 30 April, dogs are allowed off lead on all sections of Boscombe Beach.

The most famous landmark in Dorset, Durdle Door, welcomes four paws as well as two to its shores and this popular sandy beach is perfect for dogs who love to splash about in the shallows and roll about in the sand. Be mindful, Seatown beach does not allow dogs at any time of year.
Can I bring my dog to Willow beach?
All dogs must wear a leash at all times, and you are not allowed to tether your dog and leave them unattended outside. Dogs are not permitted in the restrooms, showers, or inside any other building located on the campsite.

Does Swanage beach allow dogs?
Dogs. Please note that from 1st May until 30th September each year dogs are not permitted on the Council-owned Central Beach (Main Beach). However, pet owners are welcome to use ‘Monkey Beach’ all year round which is located between the old Stone Quay and Swanage Pier.

Can I take my dog to South Beach?
While South Beach prohibits dogs, the paved Beach Walk that runs parallel to the ocean is the perfect place to take your pup for a stroll on the leash. Start at 23rd Street and head south, taking in the iconic Art Deco architecture towards Lummus Park and Ocean Drive.
Is Swanage Pier dog friendly?
Various beaches in Purbeck are dog-friendly all year round: Swanage – Monkey Beach, located at the southern end of town, close to the Victorian pier, and parts of North Beach accept dogs throughout the year.

Is Ferry beach dog Friendly?

Saco’s beaches are dog friendly; however, an ordinance amendment has modified the leashing requirements for our canine beachgoers. In September, the Saco City Council approved an ordinance change that requires dogs to be leashed and under control of their owners from April 1 to Sept.
Can you walk your dog on the seaside boardwalk?
Dogs are permitted on the beach and the boardwalk October 1 through April 30. During beach season, take your pup to the 8th Avenue Dog Beach for waterside fun. All summer long, dogs are allowed to go off leash on that section of the beach from 6 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Are dogs allowed off lead in Poole Park?
Yes, Poole Park is dog friendly and there are designated off lead areas. There is a mixture of woodland and parkland for your four-legged friend to explore. The walk around the park is approximately 1 mile. Dogs are not permitted in the fenced children’s play areas.
