The last club in Southampton closed in June 2021. This decision was made by Rekom after review of the struggling chain during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In July 2006 developers were granted planning permission to convert Heroes bar and Destiny’s into a cruise liner-themed complex under the name Oceana. The new development was to be split into two nightclubs, three bars, a restaurant and a roof garden. The floor area of the premises was increased by 300sq m.
