Try to arrive at Wembley as early as possible to avoid the rush. Various events at Wembley will open the doors at different times, so check the timings for your show and plan to arrive around 60 to 90 minutes beforehand.
How strict is Wembley bag policy?
How many bags can each person bring into the stadium? One small bag per person that does not exceed A4 size (210mm x 210mm x 297mm) per person. All match day merchandise purchases will be supplied in a clear plastic bag in line with this policy and will be admissible in addition to the above.

Do E tickets need printed?
It is a travel document purchased on websites, mobile applications. There is no need to print tickets thanks to e-tickets. In other words, e-ticket or online flight tickets have replaced the print ones. Passengers and airline company makes a contract through e-tickets.
Do you have to print Ticketmaster tickets?
If you have selected Print-at-Home as your delivery option, you will need to print and take a physical copy of your tickets to the venue. You will not be able to show your tickets on your phone screen at the venue, as the barcode will need to be printed in order for venue staff to scan and validate your ticket.
Will a photo of a Ticketmaster ticket work?
Don’t post pictures of your tickets online with the barcode showing before the event happens. This includes paper tickets and print-at-home tickets — basically ALL tickets with unique barcodes. If you see family or friends sharing tickets online, please ask them to #CoverTheCode.
Do I have to print my PDF ticket?
You do not need to print your PDF tickets as they are also E-tickets which means they can simply be shown at the entrance of the venue and someone will scan them for you to give you access.
Can I just show my ticket on my phone?
You can use your mobile boarding pass at most airports. Before you leave, check to see if your departure or connecting airports accept mobile boarding passes: Does my airport accept mobile boarding passes? Find your airport, then look under ‘Airport details’ to see if mobile boarding passes are available.
Can I use Ticketmaster tickets on phone instead of printing?
An electronic ticket (eTicket) can be a Mobile Entry or Print-at-Home ticket. Your tickets will be located in your account and will be available for you before the event.
