First-year students enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program are not permitted to have any vehicle on campus during their first year, except those students who live at home and commute to the College.
Does Union University have a curfew?
Monday through Thursday nights of the first week of school, freshmen (only) are required to be in their apartments by 11pm. After this time, curfew will be 2am, which is curfew for all residential Union students.
What are single gender dorms?
Single gender housing refers to rooms, floors, wings, semi-suites, suites, and apartments that are assigned by sex. Students residing in these assignments share a bedroom and bathroom with students of the same sex or gender. On traditional hall floors, community bathrooms are designated as male or female.

In a triple room you live with two roommates. Bunking or lofting beds is usually necessary. Large triple rooms vary in size and configuration. Some large triples, such as Unthank Hall, do not require bunked beds.
Is it better to have a single or double in college?
You want at least a double. Single rooms keep kids in isolation. That means they will have a harder time making friends, and a harder time assimilating. A lot of colleges don’t even let freshman have a single their first semester.

Union College prohibits the unlawful use, possession, or distribution of drugs and alcohol by students and employees on the Union College campus, or while engaged in Union College-sponsored activities or employment. This includes all paraphernalia associated with the use of drugs and/or alcohol abuse.
