How do online courses work at York University?
Courses offered online (designated as ONLN) have no specified meeting times and students are expected to progress through the course at their own pace. You may also see these courses referred to as asynchronous in the Notes/Additional Fees column of the York Courses Website timetable listings.
Are online courses accepted?
If they are regulated and accredited by an awarding body, they are no different from those studied on campus. You’ll have received the same rigorous level of education and an indistinguishable qualification upon completion of online learning courses.
What does fully online Mean York?
Fully Online
Students enrolled in these courses will be expected to keep up with course discussions and assignments by specific due dates and write supervised formal examinations. Fully Online (ONLN) courses are offered through remote/online delivery and are have no specified meeting times.
Does York accept summer school courses?

Are online courses worth anything?

Is an online degree as good as a regular degree?
