How long does YRT transfer last?

Our fares let you travel on any YRT vehicle in any direction for two hours with just one fare. Fare is valid for two hours from time of issue/validation. Travel must be completed within two hours of fare issue/validation.

How much is a PRESTO card?

When you buy your PRESTO card online it will take 7-10 business days to arrive. Get your PRESTO card for $6, plus a minimum load of $0.05.

What happens if you forget to tap off PRESTO?

If you forget to tap off at the end of your trip, an amount for Missed Tap Off or Underpayment will be deducted from your PRESTO card at the start of your next trip in the GO network.

Do you tap off Viva?

All you have to do is tap your card either on the PRESTO card reader at a vivastation before you board Viva, or on the on-board PRESTO machine on a YRT bus, and the system will automatically deduct the fare from your card’s balance (GO Transit riders also tap off at the end of their trip).
