What is provided in student accommodation?
Uni accommodation tends to include: a fully furnished bedroom, a shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Each student flat usually contains around 6 to 8 bedrooms, so you’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom facilities with about 5 to 7 other students.

Do U of T dorms have kitchens?
We know you have a meal plan but it’s nice to cook your own food from time to time. Kitchens in Whitney Hall and Sir Daniel Wilson Residence are equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, sink and prep area. Kitchenettes in Morrison Hall common rooms have a fridge, microwave, sink, cabinets and counter space.
Can my boyfriend stay in my uni halls?
Generally, there shouldn’t be any major problems with a partner staying overnight. That is, of course, that you ask for permission from your university.
Are bills included in student accommodation?
Rent or fees for accommodation in halls of residence is often due at the start of each term, which coincides with student loan instalments. However, universities may offer other payment dates. Bills, such as heating, lighting and water, are generally included in the price of the accommodation.

All U of T students who have paid KPE athletic incidental fees for the term are automatically members of the Athletic Centre, Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport and Varsity Centre and do not need to purchase a membership.
